Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy

1. Authorization

The “Client” engages Delight Graphic Designs, LLC as an independent contractor for a specific print design project. The “Client” authorizes Delight Graphic Designs, LLC access and write permissions to all relevant directories and files associated with this account.

2. Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all work performed by Delight Graphic Designs, LLC on behalf of the “Client.” Delight Graphic Designs, LLC reserves the right to refuse any work and to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you accept these terms and disclaimers in full.

3. Payment

Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card (through Square). For designs under $500, full payment is required before work begins. For projects over $500, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

4. Refunds and Discounts

Delight Graphic Designs, LLC has a strict no-refund policy, including for print items. We strive for your satisfaction and will attempt to rectify issues caused by the printing company. Approval is required before any print items are sent to production. Returns are only accepted if the error lies with the printing company. Any typographical or grammatical errors should be reported before approval.

5. Cancellation of Work

The “Client” may terminate a project at their discretion, but all payments made are non-refundable. If there is no communication from the “Client” for 14 days, the project will be canceled, and the initial deposit will not be refunded. Restarting the project later may require a new deposit.

6. Turnaround Time

Delight Graphic Designs, LLC aims to meet deadlines agreed upon with the “Client.” However, turnaround time may vary based on the “Client’s” review and feedback. Failure to provide necessary content within 14 days may result in project cancellation.

7. Revisions

Delight Graphic Designs, LLC allows up to four revisions for print designs. Requests for revisions must be submitted via email. If the “Client” does not respond within 14 days of receiving a design concept, the project will be canceled, and deposits will not be refunded.

8. Errors

Delight Graphic Designs, LLC is not responsible for any errors in approved designs. The “Client” is encouraged to thoroughly proofread all artwork. No refunds or reprints will be provided for errors in approved files.

9. Liability

Delight Graphic Designs, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the “Client” as a result of using materials created by Delight Graphic Designs, LLC. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amounts paid for the respective order.

10. Final Art

Final artwork acceptance must be in writing. Any subsequent work will incur additional charges, which the “Client” will be informed of beforehand. By approving the final design, the “Client” assumes responsibility for its use.

11. File Transfer

Upon project completion and full payment, Delight Graphic Designs, LLC will transfer files in formats such as .JPG, .PDF, and .PNG. Delight Graphic Designs, LLC is not obligated to transfer original template files, which may incur additional fees.

12. Printing

The “Client” must obtain written approval from Delight Graphic Designs, LLC before printing. The “Client” is responsible for content accuracy and will not hold Delight Graphic Designs, LLC or the printer accountable for errors once approval is given. Delight Graphic Designs, LLC will assist in resolving print issues if they arise.

13. Copyright

Unique artwork created for the “Client” becomes the “Client’s” property upon full payment. Delight Graphic Designs, LLC cannot guarantee that any work does not infringe on third-party rights. The “Client” is encouraged to secure trademarks or copyrights as needed. All preliminary work remains the property of Delight Graphic Designs, LLC.

The “Client” guarantees that any materials provided for inclusion in designs are owned or authorized for use, holding Delight Graphic Designs, LLC harmless from any claims. Delight Graphic Designs, LLC may use completed work for marketing purposes unless the “Client” requests otherwise in writing.

Please note, Delight Graphic Designs, LLC does not trademark or copyright any artwork. To secure these rights, the “Client” must go through the appropriate legal channels.
