At Delight Graphic Designs, we value creativity, trust, and clear communication. These terms help make sure your design experience with us runs smoothly and joyfully!

Working Together
By starting a project with us, you’re giving us permission to access the files we need to bring your vision to life. We’re honored to be part of your journey!

Using Our Services
These terms apply to all projects we take on. We may update them occasionally, and by working with us or using our website, you’re agreeing to these friendly guidelines.

Payments

• For projects under $500: Full payment is kindly requested before we begin.
• For projects over $500: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to start, with the rest due at the finish line.
  We accept payments via cash, check, or credit card (through Square).

Refunds & Adjustments
Because of the time and care we put into each project, all payments are non-refundable—including for printed materials. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something goes wrong due to a printing issue, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Final approval is always needed before sending anything to print, and we’ll guide you through that process.

Cancelling a Project
If you need to cancel a project, no problem—we just ask that you understand payments already made can’t be refunded. If we don’t hear from you for 14 days, we’ll assume the project is paused or canceled, and a new deposit may be needed to pick back up.

Timelines
We aim to meet every deadline with care and intention. However, timing may shift based on your feedback or if we’re waiting on content. If nothing is received within 14 days, we may need to close the project.

Revisions
We’re happy to offer up to four thoughtful revisions per design to make sure you’re happy. Revisions should be sent via email. If we don’t hear back within 14 days after a design is shared, the project may be closed, and the deposit will be retained.

Proofing Your Design
We encourage you to review your design carefully. Once you approve a file, we’re no longer responsible for any errors. We’re always happy to help double-check before finalizing!

Responsibility & Peace of Mind
While we put great care into every design, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage related to the use of the materials. Our maximum liability is limited to what you’ve paid for the project.

Final Deliverables
After your project is complete and payment is received, we’ll send your final files (JPG, PDF, PNG). If you’d like editable or source files, let us know—those may come with an additional fee.

Printing Help
Before printing anything, we kindly ask that you get written approval from us. You’ll be responsible for double-checking content, but we’re always here to help with questions or issues that may come up along the way.

Ownership & Copyright
Once your final payment is made, the completed custom artwork is yours to use and enjoy! Please note we don’t file trademarks or copyrights, so if that’s something you need, we recommend working with a legal service. We may showcase your design in our portfolio or marketing unless you let us know not to.
