How our consultations work?

At Delight Graphic Design, we offer complimentary customer service for calls lasting up to 15 minutes. For calls exceeding this duration, we require advance scheduling for consultations and apply a fee to compensate for the time dedicated to strategic design discussions and addressing complex inquiries. These consultations are essential for in-depth project planning and necessitate the designer’s undivided attention, temporarily diverting them from other tasks.

Clients with unique scheduling needs are encouraged to request special timeframes, and we will make every effort to accommodate these preferences. Please note that extended consultations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
